1960's Bands - The Small Faces

 

The Small Faces. In 1968 the Top Rank Sunderland presented The Small Faces. A very popular band well known for their biggest hit, All Or Nothing. Fronted by Steve Marriott and Ronnie Lane.

The Small Faces career suffered with disagreement's between the bands management and the record company. The Small Faces were banned by the BBC Top of the Pops in 1967. The Faces are remembered as one of the most acclaimed and influential mod groups of the 1960s. With memorable hit songs such as "Itchycoo Park", "Lazy Sunday", "All or Nothing", "Tin Soldier", and their concept album Ogdens' Nut Gone Flake, they later evolved into one of the UK's most successful psychedelic acts before disbanding in 1969.
