I would never take a credit note - only cash refunds.

No, you always take the cash back from any company regardless just in case they go bust.
In this case it's good news because if people took a credit note and the business goes bust, you still get your money back.
Always take the cash though.

Immediately I remembered the case when the agency offered me a bonus on the deposit account instead of a refund. It was a quarantine and covid situation and I had to cancel flights because of the covid.

Always get a refund.
No vouchers or anything, just the money.

It was a quarantine and covid situation and I had to cancel flights because of the covid. Things worked out so I had to demand a refund in order to cancel the trip. That is, not to transfer the funds for the next time I want to go somewhere, but to demand a full refund. I drafted a lawsuit and went to [Link Deleted] located, and we won. But it's all so long and when I read cases like this it always makes me feel bad for people that their money can't be refunded
