I've been told numerous times by my dentist not to use mouthwash, but just brush and spit out, that's it...
If you use water or mouthwash, you're removing all the flouride contained in the toothpaste away, out of your mouth.. meaning you've wasted part of the reason for brushing in the first place. Unless you brush, rinse, brush, spit

Re: Look after your teeth right now
Tried getting an appointment before my 6 month check up... Impossible.
They'll only see patients if it's an emergency, or it's their regular half year appointment. They've also stopped taking on anymore NHS patients.
Guess what though, if you go private, you'll get seen within a week.
Why do I bother paying any national insurance contributions if I can't use any of the services and I have to pay?
Can I have all my national insurance payments back then as this lot aren't going to honour their contract with the public?
Absolutely disgusting

Lack of funding, that's where the problem lies. This government have made a right mess of the NHS.Jenky wrote: ↑26 Apr 2023, 21:08Absolutely not! I can see that happeningSteve30000 wrote: ↑21 Apr 2023, 13:05

They're deliberately underfunding, so the public blames the system, rather than the government.
And some are falling for it!
