Plymouth vs Sunderland

Post by Crawford »

Sunderland travel to Home Park today to play Plymouth.
The Black Cats are top of the Championship while The Pilgrims are second bottom.
Can we fetch three points back from Devon today?

The lads and supporters are making the longest trip that exists in this league today, so I hope they make it productive.
It is quite warm down there at the moment with canny blue skies.

Starting line-up:

Sunderland AFC: Anthony Patterson; Trai Hume, Daniel Ballard, Luke O’Nien, Dennis Cirkin; Chris Rigg, Dan Neil; Patrick Roberts, Jobe Bellingham, Romaine Mundle; Eliezer Mayenda.

SAFC Substitutes: Simon Moore, Alan Browne, Nazariy Rusyn, Wilson Isidor, Chris Mepham, Leo Hjelde, Tom Watson, Trey Ogunsuyi.

Well we were always going to lose a game but we didn't expect it to be this game.

Credit to Plymouth because they pressed us hard.

Final score Plymouth 3-2 Sunderland.

We had a few good spells of possession but overall I think Plymouth pipped it.

I don't think I'll check out this game's highlights.

I don't expect the Boro to be a pushover.
