Good advice but when you brush your teeth always wait about 20 minutes first.
Why?

Probably to let your saliva get rid of any sugar content

I heard ages ago that it was something about neutralising the acids.

As the two other posters said.
Fruit together with sugar, juices and pop will attack the enamel and if you brush while the enamel has softened you risk losing it over time.
Allow a little time for your mouth to sort itself out first.

:o
I thought enamel was harder than diamond, well not literally but you know what I mean.

It is but it obviously breaks down at some point if not looked after.

I wouldn't worry too much because if you suffer from pain anywhere including your teeth then there will be help available.

Above all, phone your dentist first and take their advice!

Taking care of our teeth and mouth is super important, especially during these times when it's hard to get access to dental care. It's crazy to hear that people in your street are suffering from toothache, and it just goes to show that we need to take care of our teeth more than ever.
One way to keep our teeth and mouth healthy is to make it a part of our daily routine as you said. Brushing twice a day, flossing, and using mouthwash are all great habits to get into. And if you're looking for more tips and tricks, you should check out the healthy smile! They have tons of helpful information on how to keep your teeth and mouth in top shape.
