I like the idea of the car park being away from the middle of the city centre but from what I see it's ugly and looks like a prison would look like in the 1960s!

Initially it looks cheap and nasty but maybe they will give it a coat of paint ha ha.

Obviously we need to give it a chance and if this "Living Wall" thing is an idea of the council, they can have praise should it look aesthetically pleasing to the eye.
