In the countryside that is rife.
Wouldn't it be cheaper for them just to go to the dump?
And another thing, why do people think they can dump rubbish beside full bins?

We were taught properly at school. I hate fly-tippers. Bring back the stocks.

I see this sort of thing all the time as I travel around Sunderland through the night.
Unsightly mess and no call for it because it's their waste and for a few quid it could be disposed of properly.
